Cancellation policy:

To provide the best experience for all of our guests, a card is required on file for all new clients.

We kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so your stylist has the opportunity to accommodate another guest.

•Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 50% of their scheduled service.

•This fee helps honor the time and preparation your stylist sets aside for you and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
