My name is Arielle DeBernardi, and I’m a proud Filipina raised in Tampa, FL. I graduated from the Aveda Institute of Tampa Bay in July 2024. I chose this career not only because I find joy in serving others, but also because helping women see the beauty in themselves in a broken world is very important to me. I love learning new things and finding ways to strengthen my skills.

As a hairstylist, my goal is to glorify God by reaching the hearts of others through hair, living Anavah. Connecting with my clients through thorough consultations and meaningful conversations is something I look forward to, as well as making their hair dreams come true.

I believe there’s always room to learn and grow, no matter what phase of life we’re in. The beauty industry has shown me, in more ways than one, how important it is to step out in faith and trust that, even in trials, all good things will work in our favor as long as we learn from our mistakes and keep pushing forward.

Seeing each client feel satisfied and confident, knowing they are more than just a number but a human worthy of being heard and appreciated every day, encourages me to continue this journey. What better place to do this than at Shear Joy Salon!
